Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
2. Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
4. International Shipping
- We currently ship to select countries outside of Canada. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy
Return Window and Store Credit
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Orders returned after 30 days are not eligible for a cash refund and may qualify for store credit only, at our discretion.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Unused.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that are used, damaged, incomplete, or not in original packaging may be refused or subject to additional deductions.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can review the issue and decide on repair, replacement, or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items).
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, contact us before purchasing or before sending anything back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is received and accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund is approved.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not seen the refund, contact us at info@safetystepcanada.ca.
