4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries outside of Canada. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

3. Return Process

  • Provide your order number and details of the return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process.
