1. Base Materials

Pultruded fiberglass (FRP) is lightweight, impact-resistant, and cost-effective
Galvanized steel – 18 gauge (1.2 mm) G90 corrosion resistant
Stainless steel – 18 gauge (1.2 mm) #316 sanitary

2. Sizes

Covers are typically 2" shorter than the ladder rung. If you need full coverage, ensure there are no obstructions like welds that could affect the fit.
